Boathouse III houses both the Queens’ College and Magdalene College Boat Clubs.
Sara managed to get a pair of sunny yellow boats, which highlight the unusual yellow eaves of the three gables. We chose the three glass sections for Naomi to draw as the light played across them quite dramatically. She also painted flags for both the boat clubs.
This is one of a series of images of the wonderfully eclectic and iconic series of boathouses that are found along the River Cam.
